German Language In Error Message and Debugger

VisualNEO Win has been developed in Delphi 7, and the last version was updated by @hpw using his German Delphi 7 license.
Although I recompiled the whole project from the source files in my own Delphi 7 English version, some german messages remain.
Note that Delphi 7 is a very old compiler and I'm not familiarized with it. The compilation process is bit complex and involves many steps.
That's the main reason VisualNEO Win is not getting updates as we would like to.

VisualNEO Win has been developed in Delphi 7, and the last version was updated by @hpw using his German Delphi 7 license.
Although I recompiled the whole project from the source files in my own Delphi 7 English version, some german messages remain.
