Hanging on Neowebcam

Trying to install the latest update but hangs up when loading the NeoWebCam plug-in.

I believe I am entitled to the update because of my paid update in February.

Suggestions?

Please open Windows RegEdit and goto:

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SinLios\VisualNeoWeb\PlugIns

Then delete neoWebcam key and reinstall.

Or just uninstall and reinstall VisualNEO Web. There was a problem with version 21.2 first release that makes last one to fail updating.
