Which tags do you mean ?

When you want to define global css-classes you can do it in this way:

1.  Open Project/Properties (F6)
2. Click on the tab 'styles' - Here you can enter all your css-styles, just define your classes
3. Now select one or more objects on your desired page
4. On the right you should see the properties tab of the selected objects,  in the part advanced you'll find the property css-class there you can choose your previously defined css-classes via dropdown or enter the name of the class.
5. It depends what you have defined in the class but you should see changes immediately.
