ID3-Tag Update?

Does anyone know of a plugin to handle MP3 ID3 tags?

I've been using an older plugin that only handles title, artist, genre and album. I'd love to be able to read and write at least track and year as well.

The plugin is from RAC Soft and it is free. The website no longer exists, so you can download it from my server.
