I have been creating computer graphics for years, started on old and slow PCs, used neopaint, and PixelNEO is the best software I have found, since it allows you to paint and create directly and accurately. I depend on it. Support on the website by email and contact is great. Tools are not simple, but they are intuitive and effective. Google my name, Steve Breslow, see the graphics, they were either made with NeoPaint or PixelNEO. and I use a pen tablet for accuracy and control.

Quote from Stephem Breslow on November 6, 2021, 3:28 pmThanks so much to Luis and Vadim for the nice comments. As I said, I started with NeoPaint and PixelNeo has improved on that already wonderful program, which is so comfortable for a creative artist, at such a reasonable price. If there is any interest, for the month of November, a virtual art exhibit of my work is posted at a local library here in New York, at www.hwpl.org/artgallery all of the graphics were made with PixelNeo. Thanks again for your support. Steve

Quote from Stephem Breslow on November 17, 2021, 6:45 pmThanks Alberto, Luiz, Rocote, and Darb - and thanks to you for your work on this program and in keeping it available for artists like myself. Just finished a new work yesterday, I call it Three Saints. By using an inexpensive Gaomon tablet and pen with your PixelNeo, I am able to do just about everything I used to do with pen and ink, watercolor, and difficult etching processes now on the computer.
Regards, Steve

Quote from Stephem Breslow on January 7, 2022, 4:25 amHi - this (I think, although I may wake up in the morning and change a few things) is the final version of this picture, Into the Alley. The nice thing about PixelNeo is that it is very easy to change things around, start over, add layers, resize, things like that which are so important to an artist. Thanks for your support. By the way, this is a low resolution version of the picture, due to upload limits for this forum. The full size file is about 11 Megs.
