Menu on a button

Has anyone added a "Right Click" menu to a button?

I want to have the ability to right click the button and change its properties by the use of a two line menu. (sample attached)

I don't know if this is possible and wondered if it is, does anyone have an example please?

Hope this help :)

The music file that you pick should be an .mp3 file, but you can change it to .wav or whatever.
