For those who want to use Microsoft Office 2007 in your preferred language except English , install the English version and install the language pack in which you want to use it. Those who want to use Microsoft Office 2007 in English language , install the English version.
You can also install more than one language pack
For Microsoft Office Project & Visio , there are seperate language packs
