Moving Containers

But I need it at the top below my menu. How do I move it there?

It's a page of pictures. I want to place the newer pictures at the top with the older pictures below.

If I cut and paste the containers from the top they are placed at the bottom.
I cut the top container I want to move then paste it. It appears below the footer.
Then I do the same with the footer and it ends up as the bottom container.
By doing this I was able to rearrange the containers in the order I want.
