For me it's much easier to have an instance of VN Web open with a sample project and a 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th instance open with other projects too. This way I can see side by side projects, code, etc. but based on what I see VN Web is only allowed one single instance. If I am not correct, please tell me how to have multiple instances open at one time. If I am correct, why is this and are there any immediate plans to change this? Thank you!

Quote from luishp on May 31, 2022, 8:43 am@david-pegram it's not possible to run multiple instances due to some files being extratated during startup and deleted on exit. If more than one instance is running at the same time there will probably be a conflict between them.
Anyway you can load multiple projects at the same time and use the window menu to change the active one.
I don't understand very well your necessity and I would like to know if someone more is having the same one.Regards.

Quote from David Pegram on May 31, 2022, 9:33 pm@luishp, here is a use case that would be a real world example for me... Lets say I have a sample project showing me how to do something and I want to incorporate the sample into my project. If I could, I would open VN Web and put the sample project on one of my monitors and have my project open in another instance of VN Web on the monitor beside the sample project. This would give me the ability to look through the sample, how its built, what code is it using, etc., without having to switch between open windows inside the same project window. I know there are ways to have the projects open together but it forces me to have them open all within the same window of VN Web which reduces the amount of space available using multiple monitors.
If one instance is allowed because of how VN Web works would it be possible to have it tab based, like a browser, where the tabs can undock into new windows but remaining under the same instance? Just a thought. This would really help me out and this is how I use VS Code, Visual Studio, etc. Thanks!

Please take a look at the attached screenshot.
