I have a customer who's using Outlook 2013 and he have lot's of mail sorted by years (as far as I know he don't have a backup...)
But now, all mails with attachments older then 1 year have size 1KB (no matter how big was before) and have extension html after original extension - like filename.pdf.html or filename.docx.html.
Most of files are PDF, and I don't have any idea what's gonig on...
Actually I have, but, according my client:
- He was not running any kind of backup
- He was not getting a virus/malware etc...
- He don't have any disk/SSD related problems

All mails was archived (VM), so extension *.html is actually link to archived mail and attachment.
