neoCms coming soon

¿Would you be interested in neoCms hosting service?
Yes, sure
No
It depends

Next VisualNEO Web version will include neoCms: a customized headless CMS based on Cockpit CMS.
A companion plugin with the same name will be included too, in order to facilitate retrieving and sending data from a to the CMS. This new feature will allow VisualNEO Web users to:

  • Offer a back-end with WYSIWYG content edition capabilities.
  • Upload images and files using the neoCms back-end.
  • Retrieve images and files to be used in your apps.
  • Create customized data structures (Collections) to consume and populate from apps.
  • Easily store Form submissions.
  • Create localized (multilanguage) applications.
  • Easy user login and registration functionalities.
  • User groups permissions management.
  • Define access permissions for each possible data 'read', 'update', 'delete' or 'insert' commands for each data structure.
  • Define public or private (registered users only) data access.
  • Much more...

All of this using a very lightweight PHP based CMS with SQLite as a database (MongoDB optional).
As it's PHP based it will be possible to run local instances from neoPhp Server that will be configured to support neoCms by default. And a single click will allow to install neoCms within a subfolder on the current project.
neoCms will allow CORS by default so you can have a copy installed in your web server and work with your app locally, sending and retrieving information with no issues. This means Volt Builder and Cordova based apps can use neoCms too. Even VisualNEO Win applications will be able to consume data from neoCms (in JSON format). The possibilities are really huge.

I know this information is a bit overwhelming but I'm sure you will get the concept once you see some working samples.

Meanwhile I have had a suggestion from @gaev to offer specific neoCms hosting for those who do not want to manage their own hosting service. Just as WordPress.com does. It will include a domain name, a SSL certificate (https://) and neoCms deployment. Would you be interested in such a service? If so, how much would you pay monthly?

More information regarding neoCms coming soon :)

No,

This is a great job and I'm interested. but i need to have my own server because our government may censor your hosting and all my sites will die. i need to use hosting from my country which is safer for customers in terms of stablity!

Note: You may ask why should they censor CMS hosting? - well they just censor everything! (like what they did to wordpress, blogger,...) also may shutdown whole internet as they planned, sadly.
