neoCrypto plugin to encrypt and decrypt text using AES

Hi everyone :)

I have just finished a simple plugin to encrypt and decrypt text messages using AES algorithm.
It supports AES-128, AES-192, and AES-256. It will pick the variant by the size of the key you pass in. If you use a passphrase, then it will generate a 256-bit key.
Please test the plugin and the attached sample app.
This plugin will be included in the next update.

Please be aware of another, older plugin coded by Elliott Stevens with the same name. His NeoCrypto is a freebie and is a two-fish based plugin.

@rcohen thanks for the information! Note that one of them is for VisualNEO Web and the other one for VisualNEO Win.
I allways encourage developers to add their very own prefix to their plugins name to avoid these kind of problems.
