ae_Dates_GetDates
Input: the FileName
Output: Creation Time, Last access Time, and Last write Time
ae_Dates_DateADD
Input: a date (MM/DD/MMMM) and a number
Output: ae_Dates_DateDiff_Value (a new date)
ae_Dates_DateDIFF
Input: a date1 (MM/DD/MMMM) and date2 (MM/DD/MMMM)
Output: ae_Dates_DateDiff_Value (a number)
