It always bugged me that NeoPaint, (4 & 5) always started in "inches." I prefer "pixels." I found the registry entry to modify.
In the "run" box, type "regedit." Go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NeoSoft\NeoPaint
Find the value: DefRulerFormat Then modify it's value to how you want it to start:
0: Pixels, 1: Inches, 2: Centimeters, 3: Points
That's it. (This works in 4.7c and 5.x.)
