Hi coders, here is my new plugin acLANChat. Chats between PCs in a network :D

I have some questions:-)

1. Is it possible to add option to sent private message only to specific user ?

2. Is it possible to add a inserting image function in a message ?

3. Possibilities to create something like "contacts"?

Hi @dglojnar

1. Is it possible to add option to sent private message only to specific user ?

A: Yes. When you add a new user, the chat is private. When you select an user on left list, the plugin loads the chat of that user only, using the action acLANChat_SelectChat

2. Is it possible to add a inserting image function in a message ?

A: For now is not possible because the chats are loaded into a ListBox, but if someone sends you the image link, I could try to add the option to extract any link on click/dblClick.

3. Possibilities to create something like "contacts"?

Yes if you are working constantly in a network and needs to communicate with others coworkers. I could try to add a new options to acListBoxControl to load/save users with icons when you execute the app. Although you can test the chats in the same PC too.

This is how every message is stored separately. Using acLANChat_SelectChat action you can load the text for every chat:

Nice job!

The next evolution of this type of development is to make a mod for IRC

If it helps, I have one that works fine, but I can't get it to work because I can't find any IRC servers I've tried.

Si te sirve de ayuda, tengo uno que funciona bien, pero no lo puedo hacer andar porque no encuentro ningún servidor IRC de los que había probado.
