NEW PLUGIN - ezFileOpenBox

This plugin is a replacement for the VisualNeo command FileOpenBox. It will obtain a filename or filename(s) using a Windows file open dialog box and optionally ensure that the opening directory is restored when the dialog box is closed. It restores the current directory to the previously defined directory even if the user changed directories. So after reloading the dialog, with this plugin you can optionally return to the Initial Directory. This plugin is programmed with C# using .NET framework 4.5. The file dialog has a much better preview than the default VisualNeoWin FileOpenBox, it's great for browsing image folders and such.

So if you had a filter mask like:
. txt files (*.txt)|*.txt|All files (*.*)|*.*Setting the Filter mask index as 2, would select All files in the dialog.
