Persian Language (UTF8 Support) fixed in New Windows 11?!

Hi guys,

I just noticed a new option is added to Windows 11 (Or maybe 10 have it too?) That make any program UTF8 Support!
Look at Attacked Picture please...

I have tested on VisualNEO Win and it works.
(now your app can read a file with Persian name or show Persian Variables, text object still can not show it but text entry is OK)

Thats good news.

@noyzen thanks for sharing!
If any other (non latin alphabet) user can confirm this it would be great :)

There are problems with this option. I don't remember which ones.
In order for the characters to be displayed normally, you need to change the encoding from ANSI_CHARSET to DEFAULT_CHARSET everywhere in VisualNeoWin. In any case, when localizing, I do just that, so that the Cyrillic alphabet would be displayed correctly in our country.

When I activate this option in windows 11, most of the plugins I have purchased lose their registration and will not let me register them again. Only by deactivating this option I can activate them again.
