This is a proof of concept to see If I can efficiently parse the XML and extract the necessary information.
Unlike the action commands that I did previously, the Example text for the plugins is sometimes JavaScript and over multiple lines, and only the first line has been kept in the file here.
So more work is needed to format the text. Also there should be hints of the types of each variable and whether they are optional. All these are things I will improve.
