Here is my second version of the Plugins documentation.

The formatting isn't great, better pagination would be nice, and maybe page numbers and a contents page?

Happy to do this, after all, it is as much for me as well everyone else!

I plan to do a third polished document when I can make the time.

Of course, everyone is welcome to download the formatted file from the Google Doc, and do whatever they like with it. I claim no ownership over the content.
