Possibility of using Bootstrap or Tailwind?

Lately, many developments have been made with Tailwind CSS, due to its smaller size and great possibilities for a more flexible and faster design. It might be nice to be able to select between one or the other.

Currently VisualNEO Web depends deeply from AngularJS, BootStrap 3 and JQuery.
I woud like to migrate it to Vue and a modern CSS framework like Tailwind but it seems really hard and will introduce backward incompatibilities :-/
