I checked, it works for me.
If you changed something in the asCamcorder.loc file, replace it with a new one.
If you haven't changed it, then check other plugins of Andrei. They are all localized according to the same scheme. The .loc file is placed in the folder with VisualNeoWin.exe executable file.
