Program on top and active

I heve this little problem

I need that at startup of compiled program it must be always on top ( and this is not a problem ) but also active, the windows must be active.

Someone remember how to do ?

You can use the free plugin zmFunctions (Peter Pavlov)

zmEnableWindow=Make an inactive window active.

zmEnableCustomWindow=Make an inactive external VisualNEO Win window active.

Also the plugin hpwAutoIt (Hans-Peter Wickern)

hpwAutoItWinActivate=Activate the window.
