RCMedia Services down until Sept 15th

Hi guys,

Just wanted to let you know that RCMedia will be closed until Sept 15th or so.   I am taking a month long road trip to visit / meet my grandkids in Oregon.   Plane flights are too unreliable (they claim a shortage of pilots) and are cancelling last minute.   So I'm driving and turning this into a photographic venture ;-)   I'll be seeing Colorado for the first time in 42 years <grin>

I will have my laptop and will be checking my email once per night as Wifi permits in case anyone needs to reach me.

I hope everyone has a great rest of summer.

Cheers

Thanks boss!   Of course I'll share ;-)

Have a nice and safe trip !

I am back from a long, fun but exhausting road trip.   I got to see some great places (photos in a few weeks) and meet some great folks, including our very own Wrangler, out in most beautiful Baker City, Oregon.

RCMedia is open as of today, should anyone need to reach me.

I would like to add that our plugins development ala Zaeem has been slowed a bit.  For anyone that doesn't know, Pakistan has been under a great deal of stress with extreme flooding, political disarray and shortages of electrical power and internet services.  Zaeem was reluctant to mention the slowdown as he really needs our support and didn't want to scare anyone away.  He is also doing a local project to stay afloat and his time is limited (he is in survival mode) but wanted to let everyone know he's still here... he's not going to vanish but he DOES have to stabilize his situation.  And meanwhile he is working on the promised updates between life, AND he has a surprise headed our way as well, I'm hearing.

If anyone has questions about any of this, please don't hesitate to hollar at me.

Cheers

My best wishes to @zmworks7 (Zaeem) I do really appreciate him and his work. I hope that the terrible situation in Pakistan will improve as quickly as possible.
@rcohen welcome back! I'm sure you have interesting photos to share :)

Thanks Luis,

Yes I took a ton of photos.  How could one not, traveling through some of the most beautiful places on the planet?  ;-)     It will take me some time to do my editing (hundreds of images) and then I will surely post some.    Thanks for your interest.  This is the first time in four or five years that I've handled a camera with any serious intent ...

Glad you made it home. Rob and I have been friends for over 20 years. This trip was the first time we met face to face. Neobook brought us together and we're still farting around with it. I'm glad you had a good trip. Don't know how many of you have ever seen his photography, but he is capable of bringing life to his photographs like few others can.

Welcome back!

thanks for the good words @wrangler.

It was a pleasure finally shaking hands after all of these years.   If I lived where you do, I'd never let go of my camera ;-)

Until next time ...
