ReportDesigner Error

When I create a text in a page with rtf it gives me an invalid report file format error, this error gives me when I launch the program, someone knows where I'm wrong

I have Report Designer version 1.6a. It does not have these two buttons to create RTF and HTML.

That's why I can't check it. Unfortunately.

Have you tried reinstalling Report Designer?

If you install the version on the site it has these two functions which are very useful, but too bad they don't work, I wanted to understand where I am wrong.

I think those two buttons are unfinished functionalities, but not sure.
