RTF and HTML Report Designer

These two buttons have been added to the Tools on Left side of Designer but there is no explanation in the Help file.

I hope RTF has been added to use formatted text in Reports.

Please give me a description of their use and how to use them.

Would like see if I can use RTF in a report.
