Screenshot server and client utility

A small client and server application made with VisualneoWin.

Clients send at scheduled intervals a screenshot from the desktop to the server, which processes and displays and if it has not received the screenshot at the expected interval it warns with an alarm and keeps a record of the clients that have not sent the screenshot.

Added English language, small exe to send to a telegram bot and checked. Working like a champ ;-)
