SEO Friendly links?

Hi VisualNEO users and admins!

VisualNEO web creates links like this: "https:// domain /index.html#!/start" for each page.

I'm not sure if this links are known as separated pages for google, are those links SEO friendly?

Is there any solution for making SEO friendly links for each page of web application?
