Setting up Help file on line

I have noticed include VisualNeo apps have gone to help file on line.

How do I go about setting up Help file in the format for a website?

I would like to go this direction with my VisualNeo Win apps.

@cssystems I use HelpNdoc software. They even offer a free version.
As most old documentation from NeoSoftware was in CHM format, I needed a software that was able to import and edit that format, and export it in HTML format. HelpNdoc also offers the possibility to export to .chm and .pdf.

I use HelpNDoc. Not for a while.

I will look closer .

I read something about Json required.
