In case anyone wants to make their own version, I have attached the neoapp file, so you can host (or use locally) your own copy with a different selection of sites to search.

Thanks to VisualNEO Web, it only took a couple of hours to make, and I am happy with the look.

Note, if you use the Enter key to do the search, you may get a warning about a pop-up because it shows the results in a new window (or tab) which you could allow, or instead clicking on the Search button avoids this problem.
