Smart Menus plugin

Hello,

I'm looking for a plugin for "visual neo web" that would reproduce the nice drop-down menus of "visual neo win".
with several levels of sub-menus, keyboard shortcuts and icons for each option.
separation bars, the possibility to gray an option.
if it could be adapted to the device, desktop or smartphone it would be perfect.

I can pay 40 euros for this plugin
