I'm not sure I got it right. I think it's all embodied. But if you need to show a photo on top of the video, you can always make it a separate "Picture" object that you can display on top of the video for any time or in response to the desired event. If your photo is embedded in the video, you can show the desired video fragment on pause (but I haven't tested this as I've never used this plugin).

No se nada de NeoDX, pero si sé como resolverlo usando NeoMediaPlayer.
NMP además de mostrar todos los tipos de archivos de video que funcionan en windows media player, se puede mostrar distintos tipos de imágenes (recién verifiqué imágenes JPG y PNG) , siendo facil reemplazar un archivo por otro, sabiendo el estado de play, stop o pause que se provee como variable.

I don't know anything about NeoDX, but I do know how to solve it using NeoMediaPlayer.
NMP in addition to showing all types of video files that work in windows media player, it can show different types of images (I just checked JPG and PNG images), making it easy to replace one file with another, knowing the status of play, stop or pause that is provided as a variable.

El resto, es un poco de cosmética para que parezca un player profesional...

Como podrás ver en la captura de pantalla, el PUB de este programa ejemplo, no es otra cosa que un objeto rectángulo y unos botones de acciones, que se pueden sacar para que sólo te quede el rectángulo con lo que quieras poner en pantalla....
El resto, es un poco de cosmética para que parezca un player profesional...
