I would like to create a Windows Database for Migraine.

To create the SQLite dB, I understand.

I would like to update to exist dB step by step with the new Data from Swiss Medic with new Medicine.

Originals are this Data available as an XML File. (some GB space used)

To download from Internet, a bit much.

 

How I can merge this to my exist SQLite Database, I would like to send a Friend my App to test too.

But I not like to send him every week 2 GB of Data if change NOT so much on the Database.

 

Possible, I create a SQL Commands File call update.txt and execute by SQLite commands ?

But how I load this TXT File to execute by NeoWin dB PRO ?

How I can create a "merge" file with only the new Data between my exist SQLite dB and the new XML File ?

 

I'm so sorry if I was annoying about my problem.
