Src path in index.html doesn't exist on my system

When testing I find that sometimes there are folders referenced that are not on my system. (This is not in a compiled app but the local copy made when running locally in a browser.) For example, see the path for neoapp-debugger.min.js below.

I haven't got far enough to know if this is a problem, but it doesn't look right.

Odd Path

I have also seen paths to the favicon that are in a OneDrive of SinLios.
