I started a new database app, but suddenly nothing is working with database retrieval. I am using the same lines of code to retrieve records that I did with the first app. I stripped everything out to just retrieve one field from one record and that does not work. I'm stuck with what is going on. My first app works fine. I am missing something and don't know what. Below is the only thing in the app.
Below is the code for "page enter" on the only page in the app
jsAlert "Before SQL" ****** This shows *****
neoPhpExecSql "db1" "selectSeasonNbr" "" "ParseSeasonNbr"
jsAlert "After SQL" ****** This shows *****
-----------------------------------------------------Below is the "ParseSeasonNbr" subroutine from above neoPhpExecSql
***** The jsAlert below does not even show so I know this subroutine is not executing at all
jsAlert "Subroutine"
CreateEmptyArray [arrayData]
SetVar [arrayData] [data]
ArrayLen [arrayData] [total]
ConsoleLog "Total records: [total]"
SetVar [SeasonNbr] [arrayData(0).Nbr]This is the response parameter: [data]
----------------------------------------------------Below is the SELECT statement from the config file
$sqlAlias[0]="selectSeasonNbr";
$sqlQuerys[0]="SELECT Nbr FROM Season where id = 1";
$sqlMaxUserLevel[0]=-1;The console shows nothing. Need help please.

Since both "Before SQL" and "After SQL" are displayed, but the alert inside
ParseSeasonNbrnever appears, I suspect the problem is occurring during the SQL request or before its callback is executed.I would check the following:
- Verify that the database connection
db1is correctly configured in neoPhp and points to the correct database.- Make sure the SQL alias
selectSeasonNbrexists in the server configuration being used by this application.- Check that
$sqlAlias[0]is not being overwritten by another entry.- Open your browser's developer tools (F12), go to the Network tab, and inspect the request generated by
neoPhpExecSql. Check for PHP errors or unexpected responses.- Verify that
ParseSeasonNbrexists and has its[data]response parameter correctly defined.Since your first application works, I would also compare its neoPhp configuration and server settings with those of the new application.
One question: Are both applications connecting to the same neoPhp server and database, or did you create a new database/configuration for the second application?
That information, together with the Network response, should help narrow down the cause.
