Hello
In visualneo win I want to put a section for typing a letter or any other text.
Is there a text editor that can be used?
Like word
Or ckeeditor

Hi... try this.

Goto "Tools - Configure Tools"
Select - "Add" and in Title; type in "Notepad"
Click on select a file and select "Notepad". ( Normally it is C:\Windows\notepad.exe ) - Click OK
Now you can select "Tools - Notepad" for a text editor.

If the above is not what you need, and you want your own text editor within VisualNeo, then you have to use a plugin for that. I think there is 1 or 2 text editor plugins available, but not sure now because i don't have them installed. I'm also not sure if you can use "Word" as a text editor within VisualNeo.

All versions of windows, including w10, includes Wordpad.exe that produces RTF files.

Wordpad plug-in, freeware, from Alberto Meyer, full (and better) WordPad reincarnation, unpack and install plug-in from within Neobook/VisualNeo.

I have couple more, but it was a commercial plug-ins once and I don't know current status.....

Editors toolbox is a good and complete plugin, but is it possible to use variables in it? (getvariable & setvariable)

I was not working too much with EditorToolbox, but, if I remember good, there's no problem tu use variables.

Also, when you start example PUB you can find (in debugger) which variables from EditorToolbox give you informations about fonts, align etc...
