hi, I had to reinstall my windows, after installing Neweb this error comes when I want to compile my prog. What are the least prerequisite programs? my Windows is seven.

@kazem please can you explain each step until you get this error?
VisualNEO Web apps can be compiled in many ways and each one has it's own requisites.
