Tooltip Plugin

The tooltip plugin is the complete tooltip and popover, It provides the logic and optional styling of elements that "pop out" from the flow of the document and float next to a target element.

I am sorry for the long time away from VisualNEO Web.

As an alternative you can use <abbr> tag to add help comments like this.

<abbr title="Help comment">Text</abbr>

i use the default bootstrap theme and it works really nice in all browsers i have test it.

One other option is to use Details tag.

I have tested with the default Bootstrap theme, but I did not see any changes, anyway, the tooltip plugin is better because it is customizable.
