translation plugin

I have some plugin like zmPluginInfo / zmWMP that are in Russian language.
Is there a way to translate the texts?
I also tried with extreme solutions (debugging like ResourceHacker) but nothing to do.
It's a shame because some of these plugins are very well done and not being in English they risk being forgotten.

Forgotten by whom?

There is nothing to translate into ZMPlugininfo, the names themselves are talking for themselves.
