two applications in one

You can load a new application from another one using LoadApp command (you can use the command on both apps). If both apps are hosted under the same domain they can share LocalStorage data (see SetItem, GetItem, RemoveItem). Any other data will be lost once you load another application. You will need to upload each app to it's own directory.
