Una pregunta sobre el "embedded"

Hola, me imagino que no pero no está de más preguntar es posible añadir archivos al embedded luego que el programa sea compilado (exe), existe algún programa de terceros para eso ?

No, that is not possible. It would need a compiler to recompile the pub-source.

Data storage in the exe is not the right way.

For security reasons is it not allowed to always change programm-exe in the programm folders.

You should store data in your apps datafolder under [Mydocuments].
