VisualNeo not working properly moving to another machine, new reg?

Hi guys,

I've been facing a lot of issues when trying to compile (as you can see here: https://visualneo.com/forum/topic/cant-compile-custom-icon) so I decided to move everything to another machine, I see that I need a new .reg file right? how do I ask it for?
