I have replaced the installer to include the new russian translation and a fix to neocheckbox and neoradio classes.
For radio and checkbox buttons with class css = neoradio and neocheckbox, instead of having a check mark "√" it had "âœ""
Please download again and reinstall.

@luishp there is another problem now with radio button, I see 2713 instead of √

I have checked in the properties then unchecked after my 2 buttons in my program and now it works !!!
