VisualNeo Win Publicity

A few of us on the forum who I've been in touch with, have the same feeling of wanting to do things that increase the userbase of our platform.   I have intentions of trying to do my share (video mostly) to drive folks here...   and even perhaps with a few other members, create tutorials, mostly for the intent to show off how easy it is to create in VNWin.  With that in mind when I joined another SaaS platform that offered these 3D FB ads, I just couldn't help myself.

I would really appreciate it if those of you who are on FB could post one (or both) of these if you find them cool.  I have them available at the top of the page HERE.    And if anyone else wishes to contribute towards some publicity for our platform, know that I have some web space available for the project ;-)

I have some large projects on the cutting table at this moment but as soon as I catch up a bit with myself I intend to do some tutorials using the synth speech I work with, so perhaps I can offer to generate the narrative for anyone doing a tutorial (that wishes to use it) and perhaps whoever is running the current youtube channel (I'd guess Luis) can upload them there.   But again, MY goal is not so much to educate (although it will do that too) but rather to show how easy it is to create using our platform.

Any and all advice, suggestions appreciated... perhaps we can even start getting those of us interested together on the same page with the project.   it's been talk up to now.  Anyone interested in going beyond talk, please raise your hand ;-)

@rcohen

Robert, thank you! Funny clips! It's really cool that you're doing materials to promote VisualNEO!!!

I think lessons that help a beginner do something concrete from start to finish can be successful. Something that those who are not programmers need (that could be adults or children). This is one strategy for engagement. The point of this strategy is not to tell programmers what a simple and powerful VisualNEO Win is but to show them how simply something concrete can be done with its help that is of interest to a wide range of people. For example (just as an example):

  • How to make your own password-protected e-book with a page-turning effect;
  • How to turn a video into an executable file;
  • How to make your own knowledge test with pictures and video;
  • How to make a unique interactive greeting card for your parents;
  • How to make your own super secret encryption software to correspond with a super agent friend;
  • How to make your own foreign language learning simulator;
  • How to make your own audio player;
  • and so on.

Having done something successfully and feeling the benefit many will be interested in other VisualNEO features.

Hi @Vadim,

Yes, I wish I had both the talent and the time to do all of that, and if this were the only thing I do, I would surely consider it.  BUT since VNWin is only about 20% of what I do, I would like to request help from those on board here to pull this off.    I can do the voice narratives (of course) and the video editing, but I'd surely like help in generating the actual text for the lessons and some of the media for it.

If we can set up a collective group (I can set up a forum just for this if needed) we can together work to achieve this goal.

And here's something else... I don't know if anyone knows what interactive video is, but I have one of those SaaS software that is that.   It's basically just a video platform that comes with a HTML5 layer which can be overlayed with buttons, fields and other "kiosk" kind of features.    We CAN if we choose build an interactive video series using this platform.

Your thoughts (everyone) ?

@rcohen

I plan to create small lessons in the future. But not in the near future (a lot of work). And when I make a lesson, I will save the text separately so that you can voice it in the desired languages (if you like the lesson). This will allow you to use one video with different languages, which is very useful for spreading knowledge about VisualNEO.

I think if you want to make an interactive video as an executable, VisualNEO Win has everything you need. You only need HTML5 if you want to put an interactive video on your site. But even for this purpose, it is better to use VisualNEO Web, which has much more features than HTML5.

Hi @vadim,

I have no html5 (or VisualNeoWeb) coding skills.  The SaaS (interactive video) is a service I already have (and haven't really used) so I'm planning ot put that to work, but I'd be happy to convert speech (Any language) for anyone doing tutorial work ... just send me the text and I'll get it done.

I will see about getting a short one done in the coming week....

Thanks @vadim.   Stay safe!
