VisualNeo Win (( Rotate Image on center or roate from corner of image )) Any rotation?

Hey, guys silly question but I can't find a solution all I want to do is be able to program an image using the image (Picture Object) in Visualneo Win and have a sliding bar to rotate it left or right and stop at any given angle? Something so basic and simple what I'm missing.
