Which IDE of Delphi should i use. Delphi 7 or Embarcadero 10.1 Berlin. How can i develop VisualNeo Win Plugin. Please provide me help. Thanks

I don't have experience with the development environment... but Lazarus is a pascal RAD tool that can probably create plugins for NEO-win. And its powerful and FREE!
