Quote from DaviddeArgentina on April 14, 2023, 12:07 amHi @mufarrij,
There is a lot of information on webp image converters.
Searching in google you will find many online converters, and a couple of programs for windows.
In fact, I made an adaptation (x86) that meets my expectations.

A tool Gif that doesn't do the job !
@mufarrij, I created a plugin to do this last year using a popular Delphi library, it worked to display the .webp, .lotti and gif images just fine but failed to animate the files inside VisualNeoWin. I contacted the authors and did not get any reply at all, after many failed attempts, I abandoned the plugin. I still have a working copy, but like I said it will not animate .. I now just use ezEdge browser plugin to display webp images in a rectangle sized as needed, this works just fine. So, you should have no problems using any Web browser plugin built upon Chrome or Edge for this..

A beautiful addition, and this is exactly what I mean by writing this topic, but I hope to focus more on the quality of the animated image as long as this addition is still under the experience

Hi! Hurray for new plugins! Earlier developer Igor R. used to make plugins with the prefix ks (see screenshot). Did Igor finally come to the official forum or did you just have the same prefixes for plugins?

Thanks @rubby for your plugin!
For those that wish to dive deeper into the WebP experience. Google has released to open source some utilities that can be quite handy for working with webp images. They provide console Window binaries that can be used as you wish.
Like a tool for converting images to WebP, a viewer, info viewer, etc..
You can find the Windows binaries on their web pages located below and more information.
