dec_Zip work flawless, I use it all the time and you can ZIP-it files, Folders etc...
NeoPlugin npZips does the same Thing with a lot additional Options.
dec_Zip is older (Freeware with reg.code) Version of NeoPlugin npZips made by David Esperalta.
There's also ndezign CAB/ZIP plug-in, and I think David de Argentina make one.
You can also use 7-zip command line Version and ZIP/UNZIP what you want:-)
