Anyone good at teaching?

So a few years ago I was in a motorcycle accident and I lost my right leg. I found it too difficult to continue working so I sold my business. in 2019 I got extremely bored and looked up an old flame (Neobook). I have fallen in love all over again. I would like very much to consider developing plugins but to be honest I am not sure where to start. I have developed in Visual Basic a lot about 10 years ago, but I found it has changed too drastically for my liking.

Any plugin developers willing to make me a few video tutorials or something to get me started? Maybe like a "Hello World" plugin tutorial? If not its cool. Just thought I would see. If I am going to invest time in something I would love to invest time into VisualNeo WIN. I have a ton of ideas (and nothing but time) just not sure where to start.

Thanks,

Matt

@mazzu001 You have a great idea!!

If I understand correctly, then a lot of experience in creating plugins and special training from David de Argentina (@daviddeargentina). I think you should turn to him.

In this thread, he shared his email:

Hello,

Do you consider to use Delhi for plugin development?

If so there is much stuff about learning Delphi out there in the net.

When you got the basics of using the Delhi Compiler, then you download the SDK here and take a look at the sample plugins.

So I did it 18 years ago when I start learning delhi, because of my wish to extend the possibilitys! ;-)

Regards

Thanks HPW, I will do that straight away. I am looking forward to this actually. Delphi seems interesting. Hope I will be able to maybe get help here at the forums as I learn.

You can also make VisualNeo plugin in Lazarus (a free Delphi IDE)

I have attached a sample plugin project.
