It is possible to load custom cursors. The plugin can be useful when creating small games (walkers and search engines), creating an exclusive program interface and creating a screensaver.
The archive contains the plugin, a file for translating the lines of the command assistant window and command descriptions, a small demo project with the necessary files and the source codes of the plugin written in Delphi 10.4 (maybe someone will find it useful for writing a plugin. The source code can be optimized for any version of Delphi.
To translate lines from Russian, place the asFlash.loc file in the root folder of the VisualNeo program. To translate lines into other languages, open the asFlash.loc file with Notepad and translate the lines into any other language.
